Mr. Todd Smith is currently serving as the interim CFO of our Company Atlas Nanotechnologies, LLC. Todd has put together a fairly complex financial model for the Company. He worked on our team to submit a Grant Application to the National Science Foundation (NSF) in very shortly order, formed the company, and made sure all of the required documentation was in order. His contributions and in particular his knowledge of how to finance a start-up business were key factors in Atlas' winning the NSF Grant.
